About the Event
We are delighted to invite you to ”Ignite the Senses” dinner an intimate food and wine experience whilst supporting our charity Layton Vision Foundation, aligned with the LVF Eye Centre and Ophthalmology Research Centre. Hear from Professor Chris Layton an update about the latest cutting edge eye research and gene therapy. Our menu is created by David Oke, former long standing Executive Chef of The Tattersall’s Club. Each course will be paired with award winning selective wines carefully chosen by our Vigneron Phil Manser, from Wine Direct, another proud and fiercely independent Australian business.
