Tilli Conias & Lee Carseldine
No strangers to fitness, endurance, and pushing their limits, Tilli Conias and Lee Carseldine are gearing up for a new kind of challenge: Dancing CEOs. Together, they’re ready to step out of their comfort zones and onto the dance floor, all for a great cause.
Tilli Conias is a dedicated mum to two beautiful girls, a Personal Trainer, and the visionary behind Mum Run (@weare_mumrun) and the fitness app TC: Fitness. Five years ago, Tilli took a leap of faith, transitioning from a side hustle to building a thriving six-figure business.

For Tilli, fitness is more than just movement - it’s a gateway to building communities, fostering meaningful connections, and boosting confidence. This year, she’ll tackle her first-ever full marathon in New York City as part of the Global Movember Team. Running in honor of her late father, her husband, and the men silently battling mental health challenges, Tilli is also running for the women who support them, dedicating her journey to raising awareness and making a difference.

Lee Carseldine has embraced life at full speed since retiring from his professional cricket career, where he played 132 matches for Queensland and competed internationally. Post-cricket, Lee has become a successful entrepreneur, founding a drone training business, a media company, and a gym - all while earning double master’s degrees.

Adding to his list of achievements, Lee is a reality TV favorite, having competed twice on Survivor Australia, including a memorable runner-up finish. He’s also an accomplished TV presenter, known for his charismatic and cheeky storytelling on shows like Creek to Coast, Weekender, and The Great Outdoors.
Now, Lee is ready to channel his competitive spirit and adaptability into Dancing CEOs, bringing humor, heart, and a touch of survivor grit to the dance floor.
