Joanne Fricker is the Founder and Director of The Diamond Group, a dynamic company dedicated to connecting people, growing brands, and delivering exceptional experiences.

Over the past three years, Joanne has proudly supported WLSQ through prize donations and event fundraising.

Joanne balances her many roles as a business owner, mum, farmer, Starlight Children’s Foundation Queensland Advisory Board Member, and, in 2025, will add Dancing CEO to her impressive list. While she admits she’s no professional dancer, she promises to bring plenty of enthusiasm to the stage!

Lauren Holland has been in the fashion industry for over 20 years. Prior to opening Joli Boutique, Lauren worked as an international fashion buyer where she learned from top industry professionals about international labels and buying collections to suit the Australian market.   Now, she uses those skills and expertise to curate collections that add a perfect touch of class to your wardrobe. Lauren is a long-term supporter of WLSQ, hosting Labels on the Lawn pop-ups at Joli Boutique.
